Three core techniques are offered. Classic applies one extension to each natural lash for a defined look, with fullness depending on the client's own lashes. Hybrid combines classic and volume extensions. Volume applies handmade fans of several thin, lightweight extensions to each natural lash, with adjustable density, and is also used to fill in sparse lashes. Wet and Wispy uses closed fans in a one-to-one ratio with longer lengths throughout the set, and Fullset Classic sets use a one-to-one ratio as well. Extensions are shaped to each client's eye. Listed prices start at $45 for a one-week touch-up and reach $250 for Mega Volume, with patch tests and corrections free and extension removal at $25.
A full set takes about two to three hours depending on the technique, and a refill can take as little as an hour. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, with three weeks as the average. The studio uses semi-permanent synthetic extensions in a range of lengths, thicknesses and curls. The studio says extensions can help protect natural lashes from the wear of curling and mascara.
Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup or skincare on the face, including brows, and with lashes clean and free of oil. Caffeine is best avoided before the appointment. After the service, lashes should be kept dry and untouched for the first 24 hours, and afterward oil-based products should be avoided and lashes handled gently.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the appointment. A deposit can be moved once if the client reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, forfeits the deposit, and no-shows are not able to book again. Fills within 21 days need at least half of the lashes intact, while fills after 21 days or with fewer than 40% intact are charged as a new full set. One-week touch-ups must be booked within 10 days and need at least 65% of lashes intact. Small touch-ups within 72 hours that take under 30 minutes are free. Fills on lashes from another technician carry a $15 fee plus a consultation and require contacting the studio before booking. If a client has a reaction during service, the lashes are removed at no charge, and no refunds are given for dissatisfaction or reactions after the appointment.
Extensions are shaped to each client's eye, and the studio says it uses products it considers the finest and safest available.
