Extensions come in three looks. Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a natural, everyday finish, and a full Classic set costs $120 and takes about 120 minutes. Volume uses several lightweight lashes per natural lash for a fuller result, with full sets starting at $150 and taking 150 minutes or more. Mega Volume full sets are $175. Between sets, refills keep the look full, and Classic and Volume refills are priced lower when booked within two weeks of the last visit, as long as at least 40 percent of the lashes remain. Touch-ups run from $45 to $65 and must be booked within seven days of the last refill, otherwise the visit is changed to the matching refill.

Other services include a semi-permanent lash lift that curls natural lashes without extensions or a lash curler, about 100 minutes for $80. Model appointments are offered for lash extensions starting at $50, and a model lift and tint is $50. Model services are booked only after the client and salon have talked and agreed on the service. Eyelash removal, about 60 minutes for $50, takes extensions off, and according to the salon it causes no damage to natural lashes.

The space is described as cozy and peaceful, meant for relaxing through an appointment. The salon says everyone is welcome and the space is safe for all clients. New clients booking a full set are asked for a $60 deposit, a $40 deposit for a lash lift and a $25 deposit for removal.
