First-time clients complete a consultation test before any color or highlights. Existing clients booking a chemical service are asked to add a 30-minute pre-treatment that removes mineral deposits from the hair, priced at $25. Men's color and highlights are quoted by phone, since rate and duration depend on the consultation, and chemical bookings made without that consultation are cancelled.

Color is done with Redken, including permanent, semi-permanent, glaze and no-ammonia options. Women's color services range from a half-inch regrowth refresh and a touch-up for longer regrowth to full color with a cut, crown-only highlights and full highlights. Some touch-ups are limited to existing or repeat clients.
