The menu covers color, including balayage, highlights, lowlights and ombres, bleach and tone, and color gloss; haircuts for women and men; relaxers and virgin relaxers; keratin smoothing treatments; texture services for curls, waves, dreadlocks and natural twists; wash, blow-out and styling services; and hair extension and weave work. Creative color stains are also offered.

Booking is by phone. Consultations are complimentary, and a consultation is recommended before drastic changes and required before hair extension appointments. Clients with braids should take them down before arriving, since a fee applies if the stylist has to remove them, and anyone wanting detangling should call ahead so the stylist can confirm and the appointment can be extended. Updos and special occasion styling are best booked with dry, clean or day-after-clean hair. Prices vary by stylist and by hair length and thickness, and each stylist sets their own starting prices on the website.
