The salon says guests should receive focused attention, full satisfaction and a lasting place within its team. It supports local businesses and community causes through donations, sponsorships and volunteering, and donation requests are submitted through a form on its About page.

A visit typically begins with complimentary water or Aveda Comforting Tea, and hair services include a complimentary mini-facial. Equipment and materials are professionally sanitized for each guest, and disposable flip flops are available free of charge. Stylists are priced by provider level (New Talent, Designer, Advanced, Master and Director), and listed prices are starting-at figures that may change based on the end result. Service providers are commission-based.

Several services stand out. Covered Cut/Style is done in a private room so the guest's hair is not visible to others, at select locations. Texture services cover wavy, curly and coily hair, with thermal styling included at no extra cost. The salon uses its Full Spectrum hair color line, which it describes as 100% vegan, and works with VoMor extensions made from ethically sourced hair, colored to match Aveda. Extensions need maintenance every six to eight weeks. Facial options include plant stem cell and plant acid facials, Gua Sha, Thermal Facial Therapy, Dermaplaning, and a cold-therapy facial. The salon cites a clinical study in which Dual Exfoliation outperformed a microdermabrasion and 30% glycolic peel combination.

Many services require a credit card saved to the guest file to book. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and missed appointments are charged the full service price. Guests running 10 or more minutes late may have their service shortened. Email reminders go out four days ahead and text reminders 48 hours ahead, for guests who opt in.

The salon says its services are built around Aveda products and treatments and a provider-level pricing system meant to offer quality services at a range of budgets.
