Brow services include nano brows, which use a single needle and a permanent makeup machine to build fine, hair-like strokes; powder brows, which use shading for a soft, filled-in look; and combo brows, which pair hair-like strokes with soft shading. Lip blush is offered, as is lip neutralization for cool or dark-toned lips, which typically takes two to five sessions. Lash line enhancement is a shaded line placed at the lash roots, and freckles and beauty marks are also done as permanent makeup.

Non-permanent services include lash lift and tint, offered with or without tint, and brow lamination, also offered with or without tint. Both lash and brow treatments are handled by Yulia, the studio's lash and brow lamination specialist.

A visit starts with a consultation, which costs $45 for 30 minutes. A deposit is required upfront for selected services and is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Arriving 20 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and a new deposit is required. Clients must be 18 or older, and any absolute or relative contraindications should be disclosed before booking, with postponement advised if one applies. Numbing cream can be used for comfort during permanent makeup, and the studio describes the procedure as painless. Permanent makeup is not done on existing moles.

Removal is a major focus. Saline, acid and alkaline methods are used for permanent makeup removal, and the studio says acid and alkaline removal can address yellow tones that laser removal can leave behind. The site also says alkaline removal works better than saline removal, and that the method is chosen with the pigment, skin type and age of the work in mind. Laser removal requires a patch test first, and permanent makeup under four to six months old is not eligible for laser removal, except mineral pigment or tattoo. Removal typically takes four to 12 sessions spaced about one to one and a half months apart. The studio says its removal services are top-notch in Midtown NYC. Permanent makeup is meant to enhance existing features without looking overdone, and removal consultations cover what to expect without promising a set number of sessions.
