A valid credit card is required to book, but is not charged until the appointment is complete. Cancelling within 24 hours of the start time, or not showing up, incurs a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. That fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to services or products. Complimentary touch-ups for short cuts and fringe are included once between full appointments, limited to the neckline or fringe line. Complimentary consultations are offered for cut, color, keratin, extensions and styling, and extensions require a consultation and a deposit. Booth rental is not offered, and all team members are commission-based employees. Hair models for assistant trainees are seen on Wednesday mornings, with a small service charge for color models. Online booking runs through a third-party platform.
