Prices are starting points that depend on the service and hair length, and appointments run from 10 minutes for K18 to up to four hours for the longest color services.

New clients need a consultation before booking a color appointment. The free 30-minute consultation is for talking through goals and fit, though a $30 fee applies if a booked consultation is a no-show. Bleach and tone services require a prior consultation, and Bleach and Tone Retouch is only open to clients who have already had a bleach and tone with Allison Outlaw. Kid cuts are for existing clients and children over five.

The salon is open Tuesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%, and no-call/no-shows are charged 100%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Appointment times include extra time for sanitizing between clients. Haircut pricing does not depend on gender, and long haircuts include shampoo and blow dry, with hot-tool styling or extremely thick or long hair adding $10 to $15.
