Each stylist runs their own business within the space. Jahnae Stubblefield and Kennedi Stubblefield co-founded the salon, and it describes itself as curated, elevated and intentional.

Extensions are the salon's main focus. Work ranges from braidless sew-ins and microlinks, including I-tip microlinks, to hybrid sew-in and quick weave installs, closures, U-part and lace frontal wigs, and custom-made wigs. Extensions are quality-checked before shipment and designed to last several years with proper care. The salon suggests washing them about every two weeks or as needed, keeping heat styling to two or three times a week with flat irons at 350°F or below, and not bleaching them at home.

Services are by appointment only, booked through each stylist's own link. Plan on three to five hours for most appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Same-day appointments may be possible depending on the stylist's availability, though booking ahead is recommended. Late arrivals get a short grace period; after that, appointments may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled, and late fees may apply. Only a limited number of extra guests may come along unless they are booked for a service too. All sales are final, and hair purchases and services are not refundable.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Thursday and Friday hours running latest, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Messages sent through the contact form receive replies within 24 hours.
