About

Space Spa & Wellness sits at the north end of Franklin Avenue in Nutley, just before the corner of Kingsland and Franklin. Free parking is available behind the building, with free street parking if the lot is full. Bookings are made by appointment, by phone at 862-505-1924, by email, or online.

The menu is broad. Skincare includes custom facials, The Hydrafacial in three lengths, DMK Oxygen Enzyme Therapy, BioRePeel, and microdermabrasion, with skincare treatments performed by estheticians. Massage ranges from Swedish and deep tissue work to lymphatic massage, a prenatal massage, and stretch therapy, which is a one-on-one full-body session drawing on traditional Thai massage with acupressure. Body treatments include a full-body sugar scrub, a 120-minute multi-step body treatment, and a back treatment.

Energy work includes Reiki sessions, a 60-minute guided relaxation session, and The Ritual, a 90-minute session combining smudging, journaling with tea, yoga nidra, and Reiki. Private infrared sauna sessions last 30 minutes, and a sauna can also be added to any spa service. The spa states that these sessions offer detoxification, improved circulation, and muscle recovery.

Yoga classes include a gentle beginner-friendly class, an all-levels vinyasa class, and a 45-minute breathwork and meditation class, along with drop-in, package, and private options. New clients can take two weeks of unlimited classes for a set introductory rate.

Guests receive a robe and slippers and a few quiet moments before a service, and tea is served in the treatment room. Guests aged 13 and up are welcome, and those under 18 need parental consent for services. A credit card is held to reserve appointments and is charged only for late cancellations, rescheduling problems, or no-shows.

The spa presents its offerings as boutique wellness treatments, combining bodywork, skincare, energy sessions, and yoga in one place.

Guests settle in with a robe, slippers, and a short quiet pause before a service, and tea is served in the treatment room.
