Spa ViolaSole opened in 2013 and is run by its founder, Irina Lexandra Berchik, who also works in the treatment room. The spa states it has served more than 4,000 clients, most of them through referral, and that many have been coming for over 20 years. It says it does not use paid advertising, publicity or social media.
The spa's focus is long-term skin health rather than a quick glow. It says it avoids hard sales, add-ons and treatments recommended only because they are trending. Every facial starts with a skin analysis and consultation, and the treatment is shaped around skin type, concern, goals and lifestyle. Facials are offered to all genders.
Pricing is flat-rate with no add-ons needed, and the spa says gratuity is included in each price. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early for paperwork, and new clients complete an intake form covering medical conditions and medications. A valid credit or gift card is required to hold a reservation, and appointments cancelled within 48 hours, no-shows and same-day reschedules are charged the full service price.
The Signature Facial is a 75-minute custom treatment with extractions, optional exfoliation, LED or a targeted mask, and oxygen. The Signature Plus is a 90-minute version that adds HydraFacial boosters, LED and oxygen. HydraFacial options include a 30-minute classic five-step treatment without manual extractions and a 50-minute deluxe version with custom LED, oxygen and an arm, hand and foot massage. Shorter specialty options include a 45-minute express custom facial and a 45-minute LED express facial, along with no-peel facials and PDRN treatments paired with Rejuran nanoneedling.
Waxing uses hard wax from Australian, Italian and French sources, with disposable supplies and a no-double-dipping policy. New clients can book waxing only as an add-on to a facial, and clients are asked to disclose recent medications. Face waxing is not offered to clients who have recently used retinoids or had certain peels or laser treatments, and clients currently on Accutane, or who stopped it less than six months ago, cannot receive face or body waxing. The spa also sells its own skincare line, 0615 Curated Skincare, founded by the owner.
Focused on long-term skin health, with custom facials built from a skin analysis rather than add-ons or trend-led recommendations.
The spa describes its setting as relaxing.
