Facials are grouped into three areas. The general Facials group includes a 90-minute Custom Facial tailored to skin type and conditions after a skin evaluation, a 60-minute Mini Facial for a quicker session, and a 60-minute Sensitive Skin Facial built around gentle products for rosacea, irritation and sensitivity. The Acne Treatments group covers a 60-minute Clarifying Facial for congested pores, blackheads and acne, a 60-minute Teen Facial for breakouts common in teen and tween skin, and a 60-minute Deep Cleansing Back Treatment for clogged pores, back acne and dehydrated skin. The Advanced Complexion Treatments group includes LED light therapy with LightStim, DiamondGlow with SkinMedica, microdermabrasion on a medical grade machine, an Oxygen Facial with Intraceuticals, and a 30-minute gel peel.
Waxing is done with soft wax, which removes hair at the root, and covers the face, arms, underarms, chest, back, legs and bikini areas. Clients are asked to mention any retinol, peeling creams or antibiotic use before a wax, since these can affect the result. Custom spray tans are applied by hand with the Chocolate Sun solution, which the studio describes as all-natural and made with organically grown ingredients, botanicals, vitamins and essential oils. A session takes about 30 minutes in total, and the studio recommends waiting 8 to 12 hours before the first shower.
The studio says it uses premium products dispensed by physicians, along with products it has tested itself. It also says it has served generations of families, many of whom return regularly. Appointments can be booked by texting or calling 310-849-1700. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and the full service cost is charged for a missed appointment that was not cancelled in time.
The studio describes its treatments as results-driven and tailored to each client, and says it uses products its own team has personally tested.
