Cassondra founded the spa in 2015 and tailors each treatment to tone, texture, lines, sun damage and breakouts. The New Client Facial, reserved for first-time clients, begins with a skin analysis and then moves into a custom facial. The signature Oro Blanco Oxygen Facial runs through a double cleanse, a foaming oxygen mask applied with steam, extractions, LED light sessions and a finishing oxygen peel, and the spa describes it as suitable for every skin type.
The clinical menu includes custom chemical peels mixed by the aesthetician, ranging from mild to heavier peeling, along with microdermabrasion, dermaplaning with a sterile surgical scalpel, and microneedling for acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, where multiple sessions are typically recommended. Rezenerate nano-needling uses a hand-held wand to infuse serums into the skin without needles. Baby and Pro chemical peels are not pregnancy safe, so the Mama to Be Facial is the option for expecting mothers.
Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted, though same-day openings are sometimes available. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead; changes inside that window are not accepted. After two late changes, a deposit is needed to hold future bookings, and a late cancellation forfeits it. A no-show without any communication ends the ability to book, a credit card may be requested, and anyone who is sick or showing early symptoms is asked to reschedule.
Other perks include a loyalty punch card (excluding microneedling and BioRePeel), a $10 credit for each new client referred, a $10 discount during a client's birthday month, and eGift cards in amounts of $100, $150, $200 and $350 or a custom amount.
