The aim is for each appointment to become a repeated, intentional ritual rather than a single treatment.

Facial work is individualized. The esthetician looks at the skin on the day of the appointment before choosing a treatment. Every facial includes a skin consultation, a double cleanse, customized exfoliation, extractions if needed, serums chosen for the concern, a treatment mask, a massage of the face, neck, décolletage and hands, and aftercare guidance. A Skin Analysis Consultation covers skin type, concerns, hydration, texture, pores, pigmentation and overall skin health, and is offered as a first step before treatment.

Head spa rituals are Japanese-inspired scalp treatments. Each one starts with a scalp and hair consultation and includes a double cleanse, gentle scalp exfoliation, a treatment mask matched to dry, oily, sensitive or balanced scalp, an extended massage of the scalp, neck and shoulders, and a warm-water rinse. The business notes that head spa is not a medical hair-loss treatment. Artists typically suggest booking about once a month for ongoing scalp care and advise on frequency after the first visit.

Beyond facials and head spa, the menu covers lash extension sets, lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting, and waxing for face, body and men. Cancellations more than 48 hours ahead are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit, while reschedules made in advance keep the deposit on the new date. Prices and appointment times are set by each artist and confirmed at booking. Free parking is available on site, and a Spa Experience Coordinator can match clients with an artist and ritual. The Ritual Rewards program tracks visits and milestones.
