The menu is grouped into brows, facials, lashes, waxing, permanent makeup and new client packages. Brow services range from waxing and shaping to henna or semi-permanent tinting and brow lamination. Facials include a Golden facial with a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask and head and arm massage, and a dermaplane facial that uses mechanical exfoliation to remove peach fuzz. A high frequency add-on, using a wand with electrical current, is also available. Lash options cover tinting, lifts, a lash-and-tint combination, extension removal, and classic, hybrid and volume full sets.

Several first visits begin with a free consultation. Powder brow and lip blush consultations run 30 minutes and cover goals, skin and medical history, color, shape, healing and aftercare. A lash consultation is also free, and a free lash patch test, applied to a few lashes per eye and monitored for 24 to 48 hours, is recommended for first-time lash clients.

Booking follows a few set rules. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and a no-show is charged half the service fee. For permanent makeup, cancelling on the day forfeits the deposit, and one reschedule is allowed before a new deposit is needed. Clients who are unhappy with a service have 48 hours to contact the studio about changes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Ongoing options include the Golden Glow and Brow Membership at $130 per month, which members can use for monthly treatments at a discounted rate. The studio also sells gift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and it offers lash training courses that include a kit, a manual and a certificate on completion.
