Divinity Beauty Bar was established in 2006. Ciantha Cranshaw and Enid Moore-Cranshaw partnered in 2011 to co-own the business, and the team now includes stylists and nail technicians. The salon describes itself as one of the best places in Tucson for custom wigs, nails and hairstyling, and says its goal is a space where every client feels valued, beautiful and confident. It also says it takes responsibility for serving and creating positive change in its community.

The hair menu is broad. Braiding options include two strand twists for natural hair, crochet braids and mini twists, and there are several loc services, from starter locs and retwists to loc repair and a family loc maintenance package. Hair services range from trims, women's haircuts and pixie cuts to silk presses, roller sets and natural hair coils, plus steam and hot oil treatments and detangling for matted hair. Extensions include clip-ins, partial and closure sew-ins, and tape-ins. For wig wearers there is custom wig work, wig maintenance, and braid-down and glueless wig styling.

Beyond hair, the salon offers Russian manicures, wellness and medical pedicures, and chrome and powder nails. Skin services include facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels and body and face waxing. Lash and brow services cover lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow shaping, brow tint and lamination. The salon also has a head spa and trichology service, which it describes as combining scientific expertise with a holistic, multi-therapeutic approach.

The salon also rents its space by the day for classes and events. Appointments are usually not confirmed, but clients should call at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel to avoid a fee, and many services require a deposit of between $5 and $50 when booked.

The salon's stated aim is to make each visit feel welcoming and to help clients feel confident, with a commitment to giving back to the local community. Its hair care guidance asks clients to wait at least six weeks between color or bleaching and a relaxer or perm, and to trim every six to eight weeks or whenever a protective style comes out.
