Facials, peels, lash and brow services round out the list. Hours run 9:00am to 6:00pm, with shorter Saturday and Sunday hours of 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Sugaring is done with a paste made from lemon, water and sugar. The salon says it removes hair in the direction of growth and gives a light exfoliation. For waxing, hair should be about a quarter inch long and clients should go at least 15 days without shaving for the best results. Waxing visits are best spaced three to four weeks apart.

Facials start with a consultation and skin analysis, then move through cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, massage, a mask and skincare. The Signature Facial runs about 50 minutes, and dermaplaning takes about an hour and uses a disposable surgical blade to remove fine vellus hair and the top layer of dead skin. HydroJelly masks can be added to facials or taken on their own, and a chemical peel can be combined with one. A customized peel is tailored to individual goals and skin type. The esthetician enrolled at Empire Beauty School. Intake forms for facial and wax services are available online.

The salon has a clear set of booking rules. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; within that window 50% of the service total is charged, and within four hours of the appointment or for a no-show the full total applies. Last-minute emergencies are reviewed case by case. Late arrivals may be held for 10 minutes, but this is not guaranteed. Confirmations go out by email or text when booked, two days before and the morning of the visit. Clients on Accutane need a doctor's note before waxing, and clients using prescription creams such as Retin-A or Differin are asked to stop seven days before and resume seven days after a wax. Clients are also asked to mention AHAs, glycolic products, dermabrasion or peels, and to avoid tanning within 24 hours of waxing. The salon states that it gives 100% to each client.

Sugaring follows the direction of hair growth and includes light exfoliation, and facials combine cleansing, extractions and a mask.
