Concord takes a 50% deposit at online booking, requires a credit card on file, and adds a 20% gratuity plus a $5 facility fee per person per appointment; it is a cashless property, though cash tips may be given directly to therapists. Concord clients receive digital intake forms by email after booking, while the Arkansas location uses paper-style client forms.

Gift cards can be bought in person or online in any amount, or as Spa Escapes, and expire one year after purchase. Concord members and gift card holders book by calling or emailing the spa. Spa Botanica also runs a rewards program called Loyal Locals Rewards, which earns points on spending and tracks them automatically without a card.
