Spa Bliss was founded in 2005 by Mary Reed, who began in an 80-square-foot studio and grew it into a 5,000-square-foot spa. The business describes itself as one of Oregon's premier luxury spa destinations, and it still operates as a family business run by its owners.

A visit typically centers on a customized treatment, with optional add-ons layered onto a base service. Facials use Yon-Ka Paris products, and Hydrafacial treatments blend Hydrafacial technology with the Yon-Ka Paris line. Head spa rituals draw on Japanese techniques combined with sound bowl therapy, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and scalp massage.

The Wellness Oasis is a contrast-therapy circuit that includes a cold plunge set at 60 degrees for first-timers and a 45-degree plunge for experienced guests, mineral soaks, several saunas and a Himalayan salt lounge room. Every 90-minute Oasis visit includes towel and slipper service and changing rooms. The area is co-ed, bathing suits are required, and guests take a dry scrub shower before starting therapies. Memberships and all spa packages include 90 minutes of Oasis time.

The med spa menu covers laser hair removal, which usually takes about six treatments because hair grows in cycles of three to six months, along with microneedling, IPL-based facials, a fractional radiofrequency mini facelift, skin tightening, post surgical lymph drainage and advanced skin peels. Med spa consultations are required, free of charge, and can be booked online or by phone.

Monthly memberships run three months minimum with no long-term contract, no initiation fees and no yearly fees. Gift cards are available in any amount. Concierge planning is offered for events such as bachelorette parties, birthdays, work gatherings and honeymoons, and a Garden Lounge serves group gatherings.
