Facials range from a 50-minute acne-focused treatment, suited to preteens and clients working on breakouts, to a 60-minute custom facial and a 90-minute signature facial. The signature facial is built around the client and can include LED light therapy, gua sha or cool stones, extractions, and massage of the head, face, neck, hands and arms. She describes it as her top facial service. An acne bootcamp is built over several visits, starting with a consultation and a first treatment, then check-ins to track progress and adjust home care. A separate 50-minute back treatment targets congested pores and breakouts on the back.

Brow services include shaping, waxing, tinting and lamination. Brow lamination lasts 6-8 weeks and includes aftercare instructions and products. Clients who use retinoids, exfoliating acids such as AHA or BHA, or who have taken Accutane are asked to stop or avoid these beforehand, with Accutane avoided for at least six months. Lash services include lash lifts with tint, a short tint refresher, and extension removal, and a Korean lash lift with tint is available with aftercare and product included.

Payment and booking terms are set out clearly. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. No-shows are charged the full service fee, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment carry a 40% fee. Gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for later delivery, and are final sale.
