Hair appointments begin with a consultation covering the cut, color and styling. Color is planned around the client's goals, and big changes, such as going much lighter or darker, may take more than one session because color does not lift on its own. The salon recommends coming in with clean, dry hair for color, and washing within 24 to 48 hours beforehand. If regrowth is more than an inch, an all over color is needed before a root retouch. Hair extensions are hand-tied and begin with a consultation for a color match and plan, with pricing based on the number of rows placed and the hair purchased separately. Skin services are handled by the Skin. team of licensed estheticians, which includes Ali Laster, Jamie Basinger, Lacey Coleman, and the nail and skin staff. Custom facials are booked by time, from a 15-minute quick refresh to a 90-minute full reset, and the salon suggests a facial every four to six weeks for most skin types. Facials take place in private treatment suites upstairs, and body treatments include a back facial and a longer skin.Sensory session. Waxing is done in hard or soft wax depending on skin type and area, and clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, with waxing every four to six weeks suggested. Only clients with appointments are welcome, because space is limited, so guests are asked to arrive no more than five to ten minutes early. Clients can book with a stylist directly, by call or text or online, or complete the new client form to be matched with a stylist based on the look they want. New clients can start with a consultation or book a general service, and the stylist refines the appointment after learning their goals. Appointments must be changed or canceled at least 48 hours ahead; cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50 percent fee, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Concerns about a service should be raised within 10 days, products can be exchanged within 14 days (exchange only, no refunds), and gift certificates are available in the salon or by phone. Cards and cash are accepted, and most stylists take Venmo or Apple Pay. Free on-site parking is available.
