Facial work is built around Biologique Recherche and the spa's own Azure Signature line. The Remodeling Face Machine is a non-invasive option that the spa suggests repeating monthly. Micro-Puncture Lab is presented as an alternative to microneedling with little downtime: sterile single-use needles create micro-perforations about 0.25 mm deep over a roughly 1 cm area. A standard session lasts an hour, and the spa's usual course is three to four sessions two weeks apart, followed by one treatment a month for three months. Treatments are best scheduled outside periods of intense sun. Other options include the Oxylight Ionix Facial, which is customized per visit from microcurrent, ultrasound, ionized oxygen, diamond microdermabrasion, lymphatic drainage or LED light, and Liquid Microneedling, which uses freshwater sponge particles rather than needles.

Body menus include Biologique Recherche and Azure Signature treatments, such as Slim + Sculpt, aimed at the look of cellulite, Detox + Glow with a gommage scrub and marine algae wrap, and Lift + Tone for exfoliating, toning and reshaping. A legs-only circulation treatment is also offered. The massage menu covers Azure Signature, deep tissue, hot stone, cryo-stick and Biologique Recherche bespoke massages, plus a pregnancy massage for clients in the second or third trimester. Stretching and a range of add-ons can be combined with most massages.

Every visit starts with a detailed skin analysis and advice on home routines. Clients who request it can have a Biologique Recherche Skin Instant Lab reading at no charge as part of the first treatment, which uses five probes to measure moisture, water loss, elasticity, pigmentation and sebum. Ask an Estie is a complimentary service in which clients send up to three photos and questions for trained estheticians to review. Real-time consultations with an esthetician can be requested through an online form, and the spa also offers a Biologique Recherche routine email and an AI consultation option.

Treatments take place in private rooms with soothing music. The retail shop carries Biologique Recherche, Auteur, Colorescience and Valmont products, and sells its own Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50 under the Spa Azure label. Appointments require a 25% deposit. No-shows are charged a non-refundable 50% fee of the reserved services, and cancelling on the day of the appointment is treated the same way. All sales are final, and shipping is free only with a product purchase.

Each client receives individual attention from arrival, with facial care built around a detailed skin analysis and a clinical-minded method.

Private treatment rooms and soothing music set a calm tone for visits.
