The studio's aim is to bring out what clients already have while leaving them more knowledgeable and self-assured. Staff also explain skin care routines and how to look after lashes and brows between visits.

Full sets come in classic, hybrid, and volume styles and take about two hours: $146 for classic, $180 for hybrid, and $214 for volume. Refills are booked at two or three weeks, with 2 week fills taking about an hour and 3 week fills about 90 minutes. Mini relashes, at $40 to $60 and about 30 minutes, suit shorter visits.

Brows can be shaped with tweezing, tinted with semi-permanent dye, or laminated with or without tint. The Signature Express Facial is a 45-minute treatment using Circadia products that includes cleansing, exfoliation, a masque, massage, a vitamin C serum, moisturizer, and SPF. Facial waxing covers the chin, upper lip, nostrils, and brows.

Business hours run Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Sunday. Before and after hour appointments are available for an extra $30. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled and a 40% non-refundable cancellation fee charged. Deposits are non-refundable, can be transferred once, and are applied to the final payment. Clients may cancel online up to 48 hours before an appointment; later cancellations and no-shows incur a 40% non-refundable fee, and repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to a ban at the owner's discretion.
