Founder Krystal Santiago, an esthetician with over twenty years in the field, does the work herself. A visit typically starts with a look at skin, muscle tone, fascia, facial volume and fluid-related puffiness, along with a conversation about what the client wants. Krystal then recommends a single treatment or a series. Consultations run about an hour, and body care and post-weight-loss plans are priced after consultation.

Cupping here is done with a machine rather than traditional cups. Sessions combine LED therapy, deep tissue massage, gua sha and lymphatic drainage, in three lengths or six-session packages. The business says its body care does not melt fat, tighten skin or guarantee measurements.
