The salon describes its wax as the best, which is its own claim.

Waxing is the core of the menu. Women's services range from brows and the bikini line to full Brazilian and combination packages, with a separate menu for men covering areas from the nostrils and ears to the back and full legs. A Waxing for All menu covers the face, brows, lips and stomach for any client. The salon uses both hard and soft wax.

The facial menu includes a Customized Facial tailored to skin needs, which covers cleansing, exfoliating, extractions and masks, plus a massage and a heated hand treatment. A 30-minute version covers the main steps of the signature facial in half the time, and a 60-minute Teen Facial is offered for teens and for anyone with a busy schedule. A Back Facial is a 30-minute treatment for the back. Facial Peel is an add-on to facials. The salon describes it as all-natural and says it promotes smoother skin and reduces the look of wrinkles.

For the bikini area, the Vagacial combines a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a high-frequency treatment and a hydrating mask, and the salon describes it as treating ingrown hairs, removing dead skin and smoothing bumps. Brazilian and Vagacial is offered without the exfoliation step. Lash Lift takes about an hour or less and makes natural lashes look longer and darker without extensions. The salon states it causes no damage to natural lashes, needs no aftercare, and that results last six to eight weeks. Brow Lamination shapes and sets brow hairs without gel and takes about an hour or less; the salon describes it as less invasive than microblading.

Booking details: a 50% deposit is required for services that total an hour or more, and deposits are fully refunded for cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead. Clients who arrive five or more minutes late may have to wait for the next open time. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged 50% of the service total, or 100% for appointments an hour or longer. Every client is enrolled in a loyalty points program that earns points per dollar, with extra for pre-booking and referrals, and points do not expire. Gift cards can be used for any service or retail item. A series option gives six services for the price of five, and monthly memberships require a three-month minimum and include one service a month plus prepaid services at a discount.
