The menu centers on brows. Brow Sculpt comes in two options, Brow Tint is a semi-permanent color with mapping and shaping by waxing or tweezing that lasts up to three to four weeks, and Brow Lami (no tint) lifts and sets brow hairs without color. The Jael Brow combines lamination, tint, waxing, mapping and styling in one 50-minute visit at $200, and is also offered in two longer options. The studio also offers a Korean lash lift and facial waxing, and sells gift cards through its website.

Booking is open Monday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed Sundays. New clients booking The Jael Brow or Brow Lami (no tint) pay a $30 deposit, the Korean Lash Lift requires a $20 deposit, and the consultation requires a $5 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for lateness, after which a $10 late fee applies, and arriving after that is treated as a no-show; a no-call, no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment is charged at 100% of the expected services.
