Southlake Luxury Suites is a suite building in Southlake, Texas, where beauty professionals rent their own private salon space. The business describes its environment as a luxury experience for professionals and the clients who visit them. Suites are available in interior and exterior configurations.

Each suite comes fully furnished with Collins stylist chairs and shampoo bowls, floating custom cabinetry for display and storage, and oversized custom mirrors measuring 66 by 44 inches with quarter-inch glass. Suites also include K9 chandeliers, flatscreen smart TVs, a large cushioned floor mat for the stylist and an intercom phone. Suites come in three color scheme options.

Wifi, electricity, water and parking are included at no charge, and towel service is provided every day. Concierge staff guide clients to the suite and use the in-suite intercom to announce their arrival. Tenants manage their needs through a branded app, which handles direct invoice payment, maintenance requests and messaging with management.

The building has a large lounge and break room upstairs, separate from the suites, and Le Cafe is located onsite. Onsite management software is available to tenants for online scheduling, their website and marketing. Interested professionals can book a free tour of the suites; the office is open from 8am to 5pm.
