Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic sets place one lightweight extension on each natural lash for soft length and definition. Volume and Hybrid sets use lightweight volume with fullness, texture and shape customized to each client, while Extra Volume sets use lightweight volume fans for more density and definition. The salon says its volume technique is the one it became known for, and that its artists choose lengths and weights with the health of natural lashes in mind. According to the salon, properly applied extensions should not damage natural lashes.

Appointment lengths vary by service. A new full lash set usually takes about two hours, and fuller volume sets can run up to two and a half hours. Lash fills are generally 60 minutes, and mini fills are available for quick touch-ups. Most clients schedule a fill every two to three weeks, though retention depends on the natural lash cycle, lifestyle and aftercare.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers lash lifts with the InLei professional system, finished with an InLei conditioning treatment, and lash tinting that can be booked alone or with brow tinting. Brow services include shaping with waxing and tweezing, lamination with shaping, trimming and a take-home conditioning treatment, customized brow tinting, and quick maintenance clean-ups for stray hairs. The facial menu covers dermaplaning, with Celluma red light available as an add-on, Skinscript, AnteAGE, BioRePeel, a Teen Facial, and three levels of Hydrafacial. Permanent jewelry is also offered: a chain is custom-fitted and micro-welded into a bracelet, anklet or necklace, with an optional charm and no clasp. A lip wax is available as well.

Each lash set is customized to the individual client rather than standardized, with extension lengths and weights chosen with natural lash health in mind.
