Color is the core of the menu. Full custom color includes balayage, babylights and traditional highlights, and a heavier full custom option is aimed at maximum coverage with less dimension. Partial and heavy partial custom color, face frame highlights and single process color are also offered. For grey blending or enhancing natural tone there is an ammonia-free demi-permanent color, and toning services address unwanted underlying tones and add shine. A shadow root or root melt gives a customized, low-maintenance blend.

Haircuts and styling include men's and women's cuts, which both include a wash and style, along with blowouts and updos. A blowout can be paired with a color service, which is priced separately from a haircut.

Extensions are offered in three forms: Glam Seamless / Hair Talk, tape-in and hand tied weft. Pricing is set after a complimentary consultation, and the Glam Seamless price depends on hair length and thickness. Keratin Brazilian blowouts, which are formaldehyde free, start at $250, and conditioning treatments start at $30.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturday from 7am to 4pm, and is closed on Sundays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows, including clients who have not arrived 15 minutes into their appointment, are charged the full service. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be finished in the time left.
