Every visit starts with a consultation covering goals, preferences, lifestyle and hair type, and complimentary consultations are recommended before color correction, bridal services and extensions. Appointments run Tuesday through Sunday and are by reservation only, booked online through GlossGenius or by phone; walk-ins are not accepted. First-time clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for a short intake. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is adjusted or the visit rescheduled. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations may face a rebooking fee. Free on-site parking is available.

Hair services span cuts for women, men and children, a color menu from highlights and balayage to fantasy shades and corrective color, and texture treatments including Curl Cult services, keratin smoothing, Brazilian Blowouts and perms.
