Sona Spa Center describes itself as Troy's premier spa and esthetic training center. Its menu covers facials and skin treatments, HIFU, laser hair removal, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash services, permanent makeup, tattoo removal and professional makeup for events.

Facial options range from aromatherapy and carbon peeling to micro needling, micro needling with plasma, and a Diamond Glow HydraFacial. Micro needling can also be done with PRP. There is a custom-made carbon peeling facial and a scalp treatment. HIFU is offered for skin tightening on the face, neck and jawline, and for the double chin, forehead lines and the area around the eyes. Laser hair removal is available by area or in combined packages, including full body with or without the face, and men's grooming packages. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, bikini and Brazilian areas, with grooming options for sensitive skin.

Permanent makeup includes microblading, ombre and powder brows, combo brows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner, lash line enhancement, beauty mark creation and annual touch-ups. Brow and lash services include lash lifts, extensions, brow lamination, brow shaping, tinting and henna. Professional makeup covers bridal, bridesmaid, glam, natural, photoshoot, maternity, prom and graduation, and evening looks. Consultations are offered, with pricing that varies.

The business also trains people in the field. A 3-day Makeup Masterclass in Metro Detroit, run with House of Sona Beauty Institute, covers skin prep, foundation matching, contouring, glam and bridal application, eyeshadow blending, lashes and brows, and kit standards. A 1-week Advanced Facial Masterclass is open only to licensed estheticians and covers HydroFacial, carbon peeling, European facial techniques, chemical peels and acne protocols. A 2-week laser technician course covers laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, carbon peeling techniques and client safety. Students in each program receive a Certificate of Completion from a licensed, Michigan-approved instructor.
