The color menu includes an all-over solid color, gloss, partial and full highlights, hand-painted balayage, and creative multi-tone or vivid color. Blonde work includes a platinum service and a color correction service for balancing unwanted tones. The platinum service is best suited to hair that has never been colored; hair with previous color may need several appointments or be moved to color correction after a consultation. Cutting covers women's precision cuts, a structured bob, a textured pixie and men's precision cuts.

Men's grooming centers on a precision cut followed by a hot towel, clay and hydrogel masks, essential oils, facial steam and detailing. Styling includes a blowout and a half-up look for special occasions. Treatments cover a deep conditioning hydration service, a scalp treatment and a keratin smoothing service aimed at frizz.

Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations, same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Extra guests are not permitted, and children may attend only when they are receiving a service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Thursday starting at 11:30 AM and the other days at 10 AM, closing at 7 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Each service is tailored to bring out a client's natural features, with hair health kept in view throughout.
