Sola Salons New Berlin

Sola Salons is a network of rental salon suites. This page covers the Village Square of Delafield location, which is part of that network. Each Sola Salon Studios franchise location, and each business operating inside it, is independently owned and operated.

The suites are move-in ready and fully furnished, and each one is a private studio with its own glass door and individual lock and key. Suite amenities include full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. Renters have 24/7 access to their suite, though access hours vary by location, and 24/7 security is provided.

Renters pay a single weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Renters set their own service and product prices, keep all of their service profits, and may sell products of their choosing while keeping 100% of product profits. They also set their own working hours and have exclusive use of their supplies and equipment.

The company says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners. Suites are open to a wide range of licensed and independent professionals, so the building suits people who want to run their own business rather than work as an employee of a salon.

The business is built around independent operators: each renter runs their own studio, sets their own prices and hours, and keeps what they earn.
