New clients can book a New Client Cut, a 75-minute visit that starts with an in-depth consultation and includes a spa wash, a haircut and a style. Existing clients often book a Classic Cut, a tailored cut with a spa wash and blowout that the salon suggests repeating every six to eight weeks. A paid consultation of about 20 minutes is also available for anyone who wants to talk through their hair goals and a plan to reach them.

Color work covers glosses, a semi-permanent color that adds shine and richness, and full or partial highlights, including a mini foil that places ten foils around the face and hairline. Men can book a semi-permanent blending color that softens grey, alone or with a short tapered cut. Men's cuts are limited to existing clients, and the salon is not currently accepting new clients for them.

Other services include a scalp treatment with a detox, scalp mask, deep conditioning and scalp massage, which does not include a blowout, and styling options such as a thermal blowout, a special occasion style and bridal styling. Brow waxing, brow tinting and lip waxing are offered as quick 15-minute services. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Visits can begin with a consultation focused on each client's hair goals and a plan for reaching them.
