Rentable suites serve a broad mix of practitioners. Each suite has its own lock and key on a glass door, sound-insulated walls and full-spectrum lighting, and comes with a shampoo bowl and styling chair. Shared amenities include janitorial service, bathrooms, a breakroom, on-site laundry, instant hot water and ventilation, and the location has 24/7 security.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they carry, keep all service and product profits, and decide their own working hours, with 24/7 access hours varying by location.
