Each studio is a self-contained room equipped with premium cabinetry, a shampoo bowl and sink, and a styling chair. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, choose which brands and products they sell, and keep all profits, including product sales. Sola Salons states it is not responsible for tenants' operations, employment or personnel matters, since each tenant runs an independent business.
