Studios are move-in ready and come with shampoo bowls, cabinets and shelving. Shared features include full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security and on-site laundry, and access hours vary by location.

Renters pay a single weekly fee that includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Renters may sell retail products of their own choosing and keep all of the profits. They also receive discounts on retail, special offers for online scheduling, and access to continuing education programs and industry events. Liability insurance is included for renters, and disability insurance is available in certain areas.

New renters receive a start-up manual with a checklist, forms and tips on salon and other licenses and permits, studio setup, credit card processing, and retail support with distributor contacts.
