Color is a large part of the menu. Options range from tint touch-ups with a blowdry, including a single-process color applied at the roots for gray coverage, to an all-over color that covers the whole head and is suited to covering gray. Partial and full highlights, balayage and babylights each include a B3 bond builder, face frame, toner, shadow root and a complimentary blowout, and full highlights are woven throughout the head. Bleach touch-ups with toning are also offered. Color clients are asked to wear clothing without turtlenecks, white blouses or special occasion tops, and a robe is available on request.

The Luxe Haircut includes a consultation, haircut, shampoo, scalp massage and a complimentary blowout. The Barber Cut covers a barber-style haircut, shampoo, scalp massage and styling. Styling services include shampoo and blowdry, curl or flat-iron styling (charged extra with a shampoo and blowdry), and updos, which do not include shampoo. The B3 bonding treatment with a blowdry is for hair damaged by color, bleach, heat and styling. A custom conditioning treatment can be formulated for strength, moisture, volume, shine or color protection, and the Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment lasts up to 12 weeks or more.

Prices depend on the stylist's experience, training, specialty and demand, and vary with hair texture, length and density, so the listed ranges are starting points. Booking is online through an account, and a credit card holds the appointment without being charged until the service is complete. Complimentary consultations are offered to clients who are unsure what they want. Model appointments are performed by licensed cosmetologists under a master stylist's supervision at a reduced charge, and may take longer than standard appointments. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full cost, as are no-shows. Cancellations can be sent online, by email, or by text or voicemail if the salon cannot be reached by phone. Services are non-refundable, and a concern raised within 7 days of a service is adjusted at no charge with the original stylist. Product purchases can be returned within a week for salon credit, not cash.

Payment is accepted by cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, with a 3% surcharge on credit card payments. The free loyalty program returns 5% on retail purchases, and gift certificates can be bought through the booking system and are emailed to the recipient. The salon is not responsible for damage to clothing or loss of belongings during services.
