The suites arrive fully furnished and ready to use, with glass doors, cabinets, shampoo bowls and styling chairs. Each has full-spectrum lighting and sound-insulated walls, and the building offers on-site laundry and a breakroom. Every suite has its own lock and key on its signature glass door, and access is available 24/7, though hours vary by location.
Renters pay one weekly fee that includes all utilities and Wi-Fi, with no surprise charges. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, and keep all of the profits. The business says its community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners and describes its suites as outstanding value.
