About

Sola Salons offers space rather than services.

Suites come in various sizes and are move-in ready and fully furnished. Each one includes oversized glass doors, high-end cabinets, shampoo bowls and styling chairs. Full-spectrum lighting, utilities, a styling chair, a breakroom, on-site laundry and sound-insulated walls are also included.

Renters can decorate their suite and choose its artwork, music and furniture. Each suite has its own lock and key. Access is available around the clock, though hours vary by location.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, with no extra charges added on top. Renters set their own service and product prices, choose which brands and products they carry, and keep the profits from both.

Suites can be leased after booking a tour or submitting an inquiry form on the website. The business describes a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners. Each Sola Salon Studios location is independently owned and operated by a franchise owner.

The model gives independent professionals a furnished, self-managed space and leaves pricing, product choices and client relationships in their hands.

Each suite is a private room with glass doors and sound-insulated walls that renters can personalise.
