Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key, so the tenant has exclusive access. Suites come equipped with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and ventilation, and have sound-insulated walls and instant hot water. Shared areas include a breakroom, bathroom facilities and on-site laundry, and the location has 24/7 security.

Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own work hours and their own service and product prices, choose the brands they carry, and keep the profits. They also decorate their suites with their own artwork, music, furniture and decor. Access hours vary by location.
