In-salon services include haircuts, color, color correction, extensions and hair treatments for all genders and ages, booked directly with Stephanie Hague or Dottie Vee. On-site and travel hair and makeup covers weddings, bridal parties, engagements, elopements, events, photo shoots, large groups, conventions, trade shows and red carpet work. Airbrush makeup and blow-out upgrades are available for on-site bookings. Makeup services always include lashes, and extensions and vintage styles carry no extra fee in bridal packages. The team also works on set and in professional photo and video, including headshots, boudoir, commercial and team photos, and it welcomes clients of all genders, ethnicities and religions, and describes itself as LGBTQ+ friendly.

The team has provided hair and makeup for Viva Las Vegas since 2012, including a signature styling and makeup package, a mini photoshoot with five edited images, and work for more than 100 clients over four days at the Rockabilly Weekender. Through a partnership with Rock N Romance, it offers all-inclusive elopement packages for non-traditional couples marrying in Las Vegas, with the Rock N Roll package starting at $3,100 and including hair, makeup and photography. Saturday elopements need at least four hours of photography at an extra $1,800, and locations, permits and venues are paid by the client.

Booking terms are set out in the service agreement. Wedding bookings are accepted up to about a week before the date, and sometimes the day before. A non-refundable retainer reserves the date for weddings, events and on-site work, and dates are not held until the signed agreement and retainer arrive. The balance is paid to the artist at the appointment, in cash unless another arrangement is agreed beforehand. Parties of five or more carry a 20% gratuity, and parking or valet fees tied to the location are added to the balance. Cancellations within 48 hours of a wedding date carry a $200 fee for bridal parties of five or fewer, and 20% of total services for parties of six or more. Groups larger than 10 and day rates are quoted custom after the client sends project details. Competition clients pay in full at booking by Zelle, Venmo or card, with a small fee on card payments, and half of a Jay Cutler Desert Classic payment is non-refundable on cancellation.
