The menu is broad. Women's hair services run from simple braids and blowouts to color work such as highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre and color correction, along with extensions, perms, silk presses, keratin and Brazilian blowout smoothing, and wigs. Men's grooming covers haircuts, beard trims, shaves and styling. Nail services include manicures and pedicures.

Skin services center on the Hydrafacial, a multi-step treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, hydrates and adds antioxidant protection. The site notes it takes about 30 minutes with no downtime. Clients can add anti-aging serums, brightening boosters or calming treatments, and prices range from $150 to $400 depending on the esthetician and the service applied. Lashes, brows and waxing are offered alongside the skin menu.

The spa side offers massages, including versions with coconut butter, Mediterranean peeling, jasmine packaging and oils, plus two longer rituals, one built on coconut and one on shea butter. The salon also says it sees an average of more than 500 walk-in appointments a month at Town Square.

Artists can rent hair stations on a month-to-month basis, through a Hot Station Membership covering one to 20 days a month, or take a private salon suite. Suite rentals include front desk support, booking software, a backbar, towel service, professional cleaning, utilities and Wi-Fi, a personalized website profile and online booking, with access from 7 AM to 11 PM. Suites are reserved through the LOOK App, and a Day Pass is available for Skin Suites. The salon describes its rental terms as among the most flexible in the industry.
