About

Sola Salons offers private suites, medical office space and therapy suites to independent professionals who want their own workspace instead of a chair in a shared salon. The Geneva Commons location is one of several Sola Salon Studios locations, and each one is independently owned and operated.

The suites are move-in ready and come fully furnished. Each one has full-spectrum lighting, utilities included, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and bathroom facilities. Renters receive a key to their own suite and can set their own work hours, though access hours vary by location. Each suite has a glass door with an individual lock and key, and the location has 24/7 security.

Renters pay a single weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices and keep everything they earn, including all profits from products they sell. The business describes its suites as premier private medical, wellness, salon and spa suites for rent, and says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners.

The business is built around independent professionals who run their own practices, with renters controlling their prices, hours and profits.
