The Suite Spot is family owned and operated by husband and wife Brian and Samantha. Samantha also has owned Bioday Spa since 2015. The business describes itself as an intimate-sized operation focused on the success of each tenant.

Tenants rent a private salon suite. Some suites are designed for particular professions, so availability depends on the trade, and the business will restructure a suite to fit a professional's needs. Rent is not published; pricing is discussed in person once a professional describes what they need. Rent is adjusted for market conditions, and specials sometimes change it. Suites are insulated with sound dampening insulation and ceiling tiles, and they have premium lighting that renders colors as they look in natural daylight.
