The salon describes its space as small and private, a fit for clients who want a simpler, more intimate setting. Services cover braids, locs, color, cuts, chemical curling and straightening, extensions and styling. Braid styles can use natural or extension hair, starting at $55 for about 150 minutes, with the braid menu priced from $150 to $300. Rodded perm and keratin smoothing start at $120 and take about 120 minutes. Color services start at $35 and take about 10 minutes. Loc services start at $12, including deep loc cleansing, and take about 20 minutes. Women's haircuts start at $12 for about 15 minutes, and styling starts at $50 and includes various hairstyling techniques.

The extension menu includes K-tip keratin-bond extensions, which the salon says last 3 to 5 months, and I-tip microlink extensions, installed without heat or glue with maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. Tape-in extensions are applied with an adhesive the salon describes as medical grade, also with maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. Clients need at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows are charged the full price of the service, and future appointments are not allowed after two consecutive no-shows. For longer or higher-priced appointments the salon may ask for a small non-refundable deposit, applied to the total cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. The salon also sells gift cards.
