Each suite comes with a styling chair, a shampoo bowl, utilities, full-spectrum lighting and janitorial service. A glass door with its own lock and key gives each renter a private space, and renters can enter their suite around the clock, though access hours vary by location. Shared spaces include on-site laundry, a breakroom and bathrooms. The suite walls are sound-insulated and the rooms are ventilated.

Renters run their own businesses. They can choose which products to sell and keep all of the profit from those sales.
