Hair By Meg operates from a private salon suite in Chandler. The studio's stated aim is to help each guest leave feeling good about how they look.

The menu is grouped into color, cut and styling, extensions and treatments. Color services run from a color consultation and toner or glaze through root work, crown and partial highlights, balayage and color correction. Cut and style covers blowouts, men's and women's haircuts, updos and bridal hair styling. Extensions include consultations, sew-in installs with one or two rows, coloring, removal and nano bead extensions. Treatments include a treatment mask, permanent wave, keratin express smoothing and a Brazilian blowout.

Booking is open Monday and Tuesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM; the suite is closed Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Many services take a deposit of $15 to $100, depending on the service, and some deposits apply only to new clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
