Sola Salons Midland Park

Sola Salons rents out private salon studios rather than providing services itself. Renters are independent professionals who run their own businesses from their suite, and the studios are designed for hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent makeup artists, lash techs, barbers, nail techs and massage therapists.

The company says its mission is to help independent beauty professionals build their own salon businesses, and it states that it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners. Suite renters set their own service and product prices and keep all profits, including from products they sell.

The Castle Rock suites are at Factory Shops, and the company describes them as the premier private salon and spa suites for rent in the area. Castle Rock suites include full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security, utilities, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, a spacious breakroom and on-site laundry. The Parker location sits just off S. Parker Road and Twenty Mile Road, near Target, Starbucks and Panera Bread, and its suites include full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security, utilities, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair.

The Highlands Ranch location is just off County Line Road and Quebec, with access to I-25 and C-470, near VASA Fitness, CorePower Yoga and Sam's Club. Its suites include full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security, utilities, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, Wi-Fi, individual studio locks and studio customizations. Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, with no surprise fees, and each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key. Suite access hours vary by location.

Each suite is a private, self-run business space, and the renter sets their own services and prices.
