The salon aims to pair an upscale, high-end feel with a warm, relaxing setting, with the goal of helping each client bring out their natural beauty.

Hair services cover cuts, color, highlights, styling, extensions, treatments and bridal styling. Curly-hair cutting is a particular focus: stylists are trained in DevaCut, Ouidad, Ri Ci and Rezo methods, and curly cuts are done dry, shaping each curl and accounting for shrinkage. Color uses Schwarzkopf Professional products. Hair prices depend on length and density, time, technical difficulty and the stylist's experience and training.

Nail services include acrylic enhancements, gel manicures, Gel-X extensions, hard gels, European dry manicures and hand-painted nail art. The salon uses FDA-approved EMA liquid monomer and powder acrylic systems and states that it does not use MMA acrylic. Nail services follow NYS standards for ventilation and disinfection, and nail appointments are required.

Appointments are recommended for hair, since availability depends on each stylist's schedule. Tuesdays are by appointment only. Wednesday hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Parking is free, with street spots, a rear lot reached from Orange Avenue and a municipal lot on Chestnut Street. Staff also give time and services to local events and causes.

The salon treats nail health and longevity as part of the same goal, and it builds color and cutting around a consultation with each client.
